To preserve the quality of your MyLittlePuppy creation, turn your garment inside out before washing, machine wash cold (30°C maximum) and lay flat to dry.
Never iron directly over the embroidery. Avoid using bleach, a tumble dryer, and high temperatures to preserve the colours and the quality of the stitching.
For accessories (caps, bags, etc.): clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

Delivery, cancellation and refund
Since all MyLittlePuppy items are hand-drawn and custom-made, orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of your proof approval.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your order by emailing us at info@mylittlepuppy.fr.
If the creation of your illustration has not yet begun, we will provide a full refund.
If your illustration has already been created, you will receive a refund minus a âŹ35 manual creation fee to compensate for the time and care taken by our artist.
Defective product or error on our part
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the requested customization, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

What is the manufacturing lead time?
Each sweatshirt is made to order in our workshops. Manufacturing usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is complete, delivery to France usually takes between 4 and 6 business days with tracking.
Can I return my item?
As our creations are entirely customized, they generally cannot be returned. However, if your order has a defect or an error on our part, we will find an appropriate solution.
